Costume sketch for the main character Stephen’s opera contract. The style of the drawings is based on the existing set and costume design of Charles Davis for the 2022 Opera Queensland production of La Traviata, as well as a touch of John Singer Sargent and Dior.

There were scenes in a pub and a café which required me to do some sign writing (and a full chalk board menu!)

And one scene was an amateur art show with pieces which were meant to be unintentionally funny. The star portrait is not based on anyone in particular, luckily!
